Once again, within the trilateral agreement between Münster, Lublin and Vinnytsia, another batch of vehicles has been donated to Vinnytsia. This time, our partners from Münster supplied a loader truck and a caravan. Additionally, medical supplies for one of the Vinnytsia's hospitals were brought on that occasion too. German partners said that there is an additional transport of an 18-meter public bus and children hospital beds in line. This is another initiative where Münster, helped in terms of logistics by the city of Lublin, hands over goods to Vinnytsia. At the end of February 2024, city buses were passed on — via Lublin. On March 9, 2023, in the presence of Vinnitsa officials, a formal declaration on cooperation in the field of material aid to Ukraine was signed between Lublin and Münster and later on Münster signed a bilateral agreement on solidarity partnership with Vinnytsia.
Münster has been a Lublin partner city since 1991 and the Letter of Intent on Cooperation between Vinnytsia and Lublin was signed in 2013. Vinnytsia is located approximately 200 kilometres south-west of Kyiv.
