11th edition of Lublin Citizens Budget has just kicked off! Residents have nearly PLN 15 million to be used up. Concepts and ideas can be submitted until March 14. So far, over 260 projects from Lublin residents have been implemented for nearly PLN 100 million with over 357,000 people having voted.
The Citizens' Budget is a significant participation tool that holds a special place in our city. Over recent years, we have accomplished many investments, arm in arm, and conducted numerous social campaigns to improve the quality of life. I would like to thank Lublin residents for submitting their ideas, voting and selecting the most important projects. Now we are waiting for new projects! - says Krzysztof Żuk, Mayor of Lublin.
Projects can be submitted via online form, via the ePUAP platform or traditionally on paper at Resident Affairs Offices. A list of at least 2 people supporting a given project (one of them being the petitioner himself) is an important attachment to the project (in an electronic version you may attach a scan of such a letter). PLN 14.7 million was allocated for the project implementation in the 11th edition of the Citizens Budget. All projects are classified in two categories: district and urban.
