An Irish group is going to perform in the Lublin Arena on 3rd June. The Cranberries is famous for such hits as: „Zombie”, „Animal Instinct” and „Salvation”. Members of the band have been performing for over 20 years on all continents, have sold over 40 million CDs but have given only one performance in Poland so far. Their songs have topped rankings in many countries many times and Lublin residents will have an opportunity to listen to them live. The Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre (MOSiR) has finalised the agreement with the group.
We are happy that such a recognised band is going to perform in the Lublin Arena. The stadium has been built not only for the purposes of organising exciting football matches but also entertainment events at a world level. That is only the beginning since there is going to be even more events of this kind – says dr Jacek Czarnecki, Head of MOSiR “Bystrzyca” Management Board in Lublin.
The Cranberries musicians, including Dolores O’Riordan, come back after a three-year break. The only one confirmed performance to be given in Europe in spring 2016 for the time being is the concert organised in the Lublin Arena on 3rd June.
