After four years Efterklang decided to return to filming. Do you remember "The Island", a film by Vincent Moon – the master of the camera and a favorite of alternative musicians, who nearly three years ago were presented at the premiere show in “Tektura”? It was magical. The magic comes back this year. This time, behind the camera, stood Andreas Koefoed, Danish director who went on trail of his brothers to the ruins of the Russian coal mine, where in the summer of 2011 Efterklang had a fantasy to play a specific concert. It will be not only musically: the native haunt us and will guide us through the life of the once vibrant little town (Piramida); the collection of sounds and history at the same time. We take you on a journey that will last 57 minutes, which were recognized on the documentary film festival in Amsterdam last year as one of the top 3 music documents.
