Jacek Babicz - photojurnalist, professional photographer for 33 years, 25 years ago his first photo story was published in Kurier Lubelski.
I don’t feel like an artist, although I consider photography an art form that provides the opportunity to evoke a wide range of emotions in the audience, from laughter to tears. What I do I regard a form of craft which I use to record time, people and events. Many of them exist only in my photographs and the fact that I can preserve them gives me enormous satisfaction. That’s why I have decided to remind the audience past editions of the Night of Culture in a photo story ‘My City at Night’ where I am showing the coverage of the last six years.
