Čači Vorba (chachy vorba) is one of the most internationally acclaimed Polish folk bands to have emerged on the music scene in recent years. Last year it was awarded the Polish Folk Album of the Year Prize and the British "Songlines Top of the World Album”. The Lublin band specialises in an acoustic fusion of world and ethnic music, jazz, contemporary Balkan wedding music, Latin rumba, and other genres of music performed using traditional acoustic instruments. The members of Čači Vorba excel in their signature surprising merging of styles, namely "Balkan twist" or "Romanian rock'n'roll".
