If you feel like learing the beautiful craft of porcelain doll making, then our workshops are just the right ones for you.
The workshops aim at adults and high school pupils alike. No prior experience or skills are necessary. An adult may attend accompanied by a child (subject to an additional fee). Children without adult supervision will not be accepted.
The workshops will be conducted by: Katarzyna Hołda and Monika Zadurska-Bielak
During our classes we will create a porcelain (biscuit) doll using the traditional method of production. While making a porcelain head and limbs as well as hand-made (sewn) torso, we will become acquainted with the technical process of porcelain moulding. The workshops participants will be given cut-and-ready porcelain doll parts to be assembled and sewn together.
Because of the time-consuming nature of the activity as well as due to the difficulty level involved, an adult attending the workshop with a child will be working on one doll together. All the dolls created by the participants will belong to them and as such may be taken home.

Payment: beforehand transfer – the account number will be sent to all the qualified people before the workshops start.
