Sweet carrots, juicy apples and pears, big cabbages and sunny pumpkins ... The flavours of abundance sprinkled with the autumn rain and morning cold. Let's enjoy them, because it will be white all around before we know it.
Vegetables and fruits from local organic farmers cooperating with the Lublin Cooperative will inspire us to create a colourful and delicious mandala of plenty to be eaten on the spot. We will also talk about ecology, health, fair trade and being a conscious consumer: how to make the world better and healthier, also in our own micro family space, and communicate good practices to our children through action.
Sylwia Janasz has a master’s degree in Art; she is an art therapist, founder of the Lublin Cooperative and the animator of Wspólna, a kitchen workshop where she runs ecological cooking workshops for children and adults. She promotes the idea of local solidarity and consumer responsibility as well as creative play with vegetarian cuisine.

Have you already been with your child to all the parks and playgrounds in the area, and boredom is slowly beginning to creep in? Do you want to break the daily routine? Before your child makes the first friendships in kindergarten, we invite you to meet our workshops, where you will have an opportunity to creatively spend time with your child, get to know other mothers from the area, share your experiences, chat over coffee and get to know a lot of games that will help you overcome boredom! We will create a space conducive to joint play and bonds-building between parents and children.
